Music & sound

Score the cut and build its sound

Original score and sound design for the campaign you are already making, in the same workspace and the same wallet as the picture. Write music to a brief, or write it straight to an existing cut.

MUSIC · SOUND FX · SCORE TO PICTURE1.5 VX PER MINUTE OF MUSIC
What it does

Three ways to put sound under a cut

All three run in the Audio Studio, bill from the same wallet as your renders, and deliver unwatermarked.

Original music

Describe the track and get a finished piece at the length you asked for: a 6-second sting, a 30-second bed, a full-length cue. Generate again until it fits the edit.

Sound effects

The specific noise the shot needs and no library has: a particular door, a particular impact, a particular room tone. Priced per second of output like everything else.

Score to picture

Hand it the cut instead of a description. The track is written against the footage, so the hits land with the edit rather than being nudged into place afterwards.

What it costs

Provider cost, passed through

Audio carries no markup on VisionX. What you are charged is what the generation costs us, billed per second of output rather than per track, and quoted before the run.

How it works

Brief to scored cut, three moves

01

Write the brief, or bring the cut

Describe the track you want, or upload the edit and let it score against the picture. Length is yours to set.

02

Generate and compare

Every take lands in the Assets Library next to your renders. Keep the one that fits; the wallet only moves on the runs you make.

03

Lay it under the film

Attach the track when you render the sequence and it arrives as a bed under the shots, ducked beneath their own audio.

FAQ

Music and sound, answered

Can I use the music commercially?
Yes. Tracks are generated for your workspace and delivered unwatermarked, and the same commercial terms cover them as every other render on the platform. There is no per-track licence to clear and no library subscription underneath.
What does a minute of music actually cost?
1.5 VX, about $0.15. Audio is billed at provider cost with no markup, per second of output, so a 30 second bed is 1 VX rather than a rounded-up minute. The exact figure is shown before you run.
Can it write music to a cut I already have?
Yes. Give it the video and it scores to that footage rather than to a text description, so the track lands with the edit instead of needing to be nudged into place afterwards.
How is this different from a stock music library?
A library gives you a track someone else already used. This writes one for the cut in front of you, at the length you need, and you can generate another until the brief is met. No search, no near-miss, no shared bed with a competitor.
Does the score reach the finished film?
Yes. Render a sequence with a track attached and it lands as a bed under the shots, ducked beneath their own audio. Agents can do the same over MCP by passing the audio asset to render_film.
Which plans include it?
The Audio Studio is available on every paid plan, and a free workspace can try it on the 20 VX signup grant. It draws on the same VX wallet as video and image, so there is no separate audio subscription to manage.
