Run the campaign
like a production.
Generation is the easy half. The Production Hub handles the other half: projects with stages and deadlines, an approvals gate before anything ships, org asset folders, and client share links that only ever show approved work.
Everything a producer needs, on top of everything artists use
The Hub is not a separate app to keep in sync. The project embeds the same canvas and storyboard the artists work in, with the production controls layered on top.
Projects
Client, brief, deadline, and status per production. The Hub index shows stage progress across every active project in the org.
Stages
Look-dev to delivery as explicit workflow stages, so 'where are we on the hero spot' has an answer without a standup.
Approvals gate
Directors approve or lock shots before delivery. Unapproved takes are invisible to clients by construction, not by discipline.
Client share links
Read-only review pages behind unguessable tokens. No client accounts, comments on or off per link, approved shots only.
Threaded review
Comments attach to projects and shots, mention teammates, and resolve like a code review. Feedback gets a lifecycle.
Org asset folders
Plates, uploads, and renders organized in folders, org-wide or scoped per project. The project's Assets tab is the same library, filtered.
Clients see the cut, never the kitchen.
Review links are the Hub's front door for clients: a clean, read-only page with the approved shots and nothing else.
- No client accounts or seats consumed. A link is the whole onboarding.
- Only approved shots are exposed. Look-dev and rejected takes stay internal.
- Comments per link are opt-in, so a link can be for sign-off or for feedback.
- Media serves through short-lived signed URLs, not permanent public files.
Brief to sign-off, four moves
Open the project
Create it with client, brief, and deadline, or let the Director Agent materialize one from a written brief.
Produce in place
The project embeds the canvas and storyboard. Artists generate, producers watch stages advance on the same page.
Gate the cut
Directors approve the shots that make the cut. Everything else stays internal automatically.
Send one link
The client reviews approved work on a read-only page and comments if the link allows it. Sign-off happens where the work lives.
